This policy explains how 123 Moonwalks handles information about the people who contact us about backyard inflatable rentals. We are a family rental business in Chicago, not an advertising company. We collect what we need to quote your party, deliver to your address, and follow up about your booking.

Information you give us
When you submit a quote request on this site, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your event date
- Your delivery address or ZIP code, if you choose to give it — this field is optional on the form
- Which rentals you are interested in, and any units you added to a quote
- How you would like us to reach you, and anything you write in the message box
If you call or email us instead, we keep the details you share on that call or in that message — usually the same information, because it is what we need to quote and deliver a rental.
Information collected automatically
When you browse this site, we and the services listed below may receive:
- Your IP address, browser, device type, and general location (typically city level)
- Pages you viewed, links you tapped, and how you arrived — including the site or ad that referred you
- Advertising click identifiers appended to the web address by ad platforms, such as Google's gclid and Meta's fbclid, along with campaign tags like utm_source and utm_campaign
We use advertising click identifiers to understand which ads lead to real bookings, so we stop paying for ads that do not work. When you submit a quote request, the identifier we stored is attached to your enquiry in our customer records.
Cookies and browser storage
This site stores a small amount of information in your own browser:
- Your quote cart — the rentals you added, kept for 30 days so your quote is still there if you close the tab and come back
- Advertising attribution — the click identifier and campaign tags described above, kept for up to 90 days
- A short-lived handoff — your submitted enquiry, held only long enough to show the thank-you page, then deleted immediately
The analytics and advertising services below also set their own cookies. You can clear or block all of this in your browser settings at any time. Blocking it will not stop you using the site, though your quote cart will not be remembered.
Services we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business:
- Our customer records system (SIOTO CRM) — receives your quote request so we can respond, schedule delivery, and keep a record of your booking
- BounceTrack — measures which visits turn into enquiries; receives a reference number for your enquiry and your email address
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — measure site usage and ad performance. When you submit an enquiry, your email and phone number may be sent to Google in a scrambled (hashed) form so Google can match the booking to an ad click. Google does not receive them in readable form from us.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools — measure ad performance and let us show ads to people who visited the site
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it
- Google Fonts and Google Maps — some pages load fonts and delivery-area maps from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry, quote your event, and confirm availability for your date
- To deliver, set up, and collect your rental, including routing our crew to your address
- To keep records of bookings, payments, insurance, and safety checks
- To measure which pages and advertisements bring us genuine enquiries
- To meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations
Phone calls and text messages
Our quote form asks how you would like to be contacted, including by text message. If you choose SMS, you are agreeing that we may text you about the enquiry you submitted — availability, quotes, delivery windows, and similar. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages on the basis of that form alone. If we ever offer a promotional list, it will ask for your consent separately. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or by calling or emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations — typically several years for completed bookings. Enquiries that never became bookings are kept for a shorter period. Advertising attribution stored in your browser expires within 90 days, and your quote cart within 30 days.
Children
Our rentals are used at children's parties, but this website is intended for adults arranging those parties. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call or email us using the details above and we will respond
- Tell us to stop contacting you, at any time, by any method
- Clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings
- Turn off personalised advertising in your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences
- Opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser add-on
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We apply the choices above to everyone who asks, wherever you are.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and quote requests are transmitted encrypted to our customer records system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their job.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
